Havana Havana is placed like icon not only of all that the caraibic island represents in cultural and ideological terms, but even of the desires that it has expresse. In this historical moment the air of an imminent change supported from many foreign countries does not seem to arrive within the city; the life of people is expressed in an equal to itself. This kind of images as suspended in another time represent the centre of my job on the island, concentrating the attention not on the warm gestuality of citizens but on a sense of circular time. The Havana full of markets and life leaves space at a more intimate city, careful to its becoming.
